The general assembly constitutes the highest organ of the SSSS. It always takes place in the first quarter.

During the general assembly, the Steering Committee and the task groups account for their activities during the past year and propose the programme for the coming year. The Steering Committee is elected every other year. The next elections will take place in 2012.
